The promise of an open home, a little daydreaming, and in a few minutes of rash decision making, tickets to Cancun were booked!

After an invitation from one of our coworkers who lives in Cancun, my coworkers and I decided to move our mini office force to vacationland for a few days. Although I had to cut my time in Mexico short due to illness, I did get to enjoy a few days before heading home!

Accommodations for the week ✌.

It wouldn’t be a complete trip to Mexico without coke and tacos.

But my favorite thing I got to do while in Cancun was visit Chichén Itzá, ancient Mayan ruins that have been named one of the “new” seven wonders of the world.

(This is where they used to play juego de pelota… and I thought soccer was hard. Imagine getting the ball through that ring up on the wall!)
